1. Services
Score Headshots provides professional photography, video production, drone services, branding, and media-related services. Specific service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals, contracts, or invoices.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, and delivery timelines will be specified in your agreement or invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or cancellation of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking and communication
- Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or releases required for locations, people, or content
- Ensure safe working conditions during on-site or drone operations
- Score Headshots is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by inaccurate information or lack of required approvals.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Score Headshots retains ownership of all original media created
- Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for agreed-upon purposes
- Content may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without written permission
Usage rights and licensing terms may vary by project and will be defined in your contract.
5. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
- Copy, distribute, or exploit website content without permission

6. Communications & SMS Messaging
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, phone, or SMS.
About Our SMS Program
Score Headshots operates an SMS program that sends text messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, service notifications, and, if you have explicitly opted in, promotional or marketing messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 801-644-9687. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
